About Us
W2 IT Solutions was formed in August 2014 as a sideline project. With some 18 years in the IT industry and having spent nearly 10 years in the consulting environment, both public and private sector, it was time for a new challenge – his own business! A daunting thought to say the least, but Chris is always up for a challenge. In January 2016, it became the full time focus of the founder Chris Wentworth.
Our Focus
Our focus areas are in bespoke development of management systems which pull together existing systems and provide meaningful management reports. Current projects include asset management and stock control. These will extend into HR and tracking integration modules as the project grows. The projects use a combination of technologies including mobile applications to bring the solutions together.

Nicolene studied HR at PE Tecnikon (now NMMU). She has over 10 years experience in various industries in a variety of HR functions including payroll, HR, IR, disciplinary and CCMA cases. After a few years sabbatical raising her 2 children during their formative years, she has returned to the industry as an HR specialist. She assists clients with HR functions from disciplinary hearings to contracts and HR policies and procedures. She also takes care of the admin of W2 as well.
